Frequently asked questions

Does the Free plan have a time limit?

No. The Free plan has no time limit. You will only be charged if you choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can switch plans at any time. The new plan starts right away, and the charge for the previous plan stops.

Is there a limit on products or orders?

No. There is no limit on products or orders on any plan. Plans differ in going live, your own domain and AI credits.

Can I build for free?

Yes. Build and preview your store on the Free plan, and pay only to go live and take real orders. There is no separate trial of paid plans: Free is the trial.

What is an AI credit?

A credit is a unit of AI work: generating a store, new design rounds, generated images and products from photos. Chatting with the assistant does not use credits. Unused credits do not roll over, and on paid plans they renew on the 1st of each month.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI work that uses credits pauses until your credits renew or you upgrade. The assistant chat keeps working within fair use.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices are before VAT, and 18% VAT is added when you are charged. The VAT-inclusive amount is shown next to each price.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards. All payments are processed securely through Sumit.
